Shipping Policy

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing order.

All orders are subject to stock availability. Your order will be treated as confirmed after checking final quality status of the product(s). Your order may be treated as cancelled, if the product(s), you have ordered is found defective/damaged or not in a condition to be shipped to you during final quality checking (In case of single piece stock). In that case, we will provide easy refund or adjustment to your account.

For items that require shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly during order placement and the same will be borne by you. In case of overseas shipping, shipping charges will be borne by the BUYER.

We deliver to all cities and states all over India. Generally, courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address. So, we request you to provide full street address with Pin/Zip Code. Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours. Generally, no shipments are made on Sundays and Public Holidays. We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order as soon as the items are handed over to the courier/speed post/transport.

Approximate time for shipment is 7-15 days, which is merely indicative. Product may be shipped earlier or later depending on the availability of product and other factors.

If you find outer packing of the product(s) is damaged or tampered with please refuse to accept delivery.

We will not be responsible for loss of package(s) during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), if the same has been delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by you at the time of placing order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct because some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and Pin/Zip Code do not match. You will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees.

Sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, return, replacement or exchange will be entertained for this reason.

There is no insurance coverage on the product(s) during transit from our side. Loss will be borne by you, if any. No claim will be entertained.

Import/Export Duty and/or Tax will be borne by you, if levied at any stage during buying/shipping/transit/delivery of the product (s). No claim will be entertained.

In case of return, no refund/adjustment of shipping charges and/or Import/Export duty and/or Tax paid by you at the time of purchasing of product will be entertained.
